Sharon Stiller is a Partner of the firm and the Director of our Employment Law Practice and has been featured in several national and local news stories on the Affordable Care Act. She and attorney Rachel Gold recently Published in The Corporate Counselor "NY's Paid Family Leave Program - What Employers Need to Know". Ms. Stiller has also recently partnered with design firm Abigail Riggs and the National Women’s Hall of Fame to create a scarf to help raise money for the Woman's organization in Seneca Falls, NY, where the first woman's rights convention was held in 1848. Bloomberg Businessweek quoted Sharon in the article "More Obamacare Questions From Employers and the Self Employed," where she answers a self-employed person's question on what to put down as their income when applying for Obamacare.
Ms. Stiller was featured on ABC's 13WHAM in Rochester discussing the Health Care Exchange. In addition, she was quoted in their article, " Understanding the Health Care Exchange," where she mentions that employers will now have more options. Also, DailyWorth published a story entitled, "What the Health Insurance Marketplace Means for You." Sharon discusses how the Affordable Care Act affects small businesses that employ fewer than 25 people and tax credits.
